01. Service Booking & Diagnostics
When you register a service request for your washing machine, you accept our standard on-site visitation policy:
- A fixed diagnostic and transport fee is applicable for the technician's house visit and initial testing.
- This diagnostic charge will be fully waived if you approve the quote and proceed with the suggested repair work.
02. Transparent Pricing & Payments
We maintain an upfront pricing system. No hidden charges will be applied after the completion of the job:
- The comprehensive quote provided after inspection includes both manual labor and genuine spare parts.
- Full clearance of the bill is required immediately after the machine is successfully repaired using Cash or PayNow.
03. Replacement Parts & Repair Warranty
To ensure long-term stability, we provide a structured safety warranty on our repair jobs:
- The warranty strictly covers the specific component replaced and the exact fault fixed during the service session.
- Any unauthorized third-party opening, tampering, or modifications to the appliance will instantly void the warranty.
- Issues stemming from voltage fluctuations, water supply blockages, or severe overload are excluded from the warranty.
04. Limitation of Liability
Our team works with utmost caution; however, we are not responsible for any internal chemical decay, rusting of old metal chassis, or system breakdowns that occurred prior to our technician's physical arrival.
